1.  The appearance of field finished doors.

2.  Damage to a door.

3.  Normal wear and tear.

4.  Natural variations in the color, grain or texture of wood.

5.  The warranty against warp does not apply to:
    a)  Doors less than 1-3/4 inch thick ,which are wider than  3-0 or higher than 7-0.
    b)  Doors with face veneers of different species.
    c)  Doors that are improperly hung or do not swing freely.
    d)  Doors hung on pivots or hinges spaced more than 30" apart.

6. Doors with cutouts closer than 5 inches to the edge of the door, or from hardware mortising.

7. Doors with cutout exceeding 40 percent of the face area of the door or more than 1/2 the
  height of the door.

8.  Any delamination or warpage caused by failure to protect and seal all surfaces of the
    doors.

9. The appearance of high gloss finished wood or plastic faced doors.

10. Doors with any hardware preparation that leaves less than a 1/4" thickness of wood .

11. Exterior doors:
    a)  Unless overhang provides protection from direct exposure to rain. 
    b)  Unless the door is completely sealed to prevent moisture or water from entering the
          door.
    c) When plastic laminate faces are used .

A door is defined as exterior if the temperature and humidity cannot be controlled on both sides.

12. IPIK Door does not warrant the compatibility of the specified hardware with the door. Doors are prepared for hardware, according to customer instructions and hardware templates.
