manufacturer's instruction and AWI Section #G-19. Store
doors in a space having controlled temperature and humidity
range between 30 & 60 percent. Stack doors flat, off the floor,
and with appropriate interleaving to prevent damage to finish.
B. Provide packaging such as plastic wrapping,
cardboard or other containers, to protect doors. Cover must be
opaque.

2.02 DOOR CONSTRUCTION (NON-FIRE RATED) - AWI PC5.
Door stiles and rails must be bonded to the core before the
assembly is planed to thickness.
1. Vertical edges - laminated or of one piece
hardwood 1-3/8" wide. No finger jointed material
shall be used on exposed components. Doors
scheduled for transparent finish shall have
vertical edges matching face specie.
2. Top and bottom rails shall be a minimum of
1-3/4" hardwood. Narrower rails or softwood rails
will not be accepted.
3. Core shall be 28 to 32 pound density
particleboard.
4. Adhesive shall be "Type I - waterproof".
2.03 INTERIOR DOOR FACES (OTHER THAN SPECIAL PURPOSE DOORS)
